Who is behind this site

Hostess City Foundation Repair is run by Marketing Doctor LLC, a small marketing company. We research local housing, water and permit facts for the Savannah area and publish them here. We are not a contractor. We do not do foundation or crawl space work, and nothing here is an offer, a quote or a bid.

When you call the number or send the form, it goes to one independent company that works in the Savannah area. That company decides whether and how it can help you, and any agreement is between you and that company. Georgia requires a contractor licence for structural residential work, so ask for the licence number and check it with the Georgia Secretary of State before you sign.

How the research is done

Facts come from public sources: county planning documents, city and county permit pages, the University of Georgia, news reports and Wikipedia pages for history. Each page lists its sources and the date they were read. Where we could not confirm something, we left it out.
