Hostess City Foundation Repair Call (912) 420-1801

What foundation and crawl space work tends to cost

Published national ranges, with the source and date next to each one. None of these is a quote for a house in Savannah.

Nobody on this site is quoting you a price. Georgia treats offering or bidding on structural work as contracting, and this site is not a contractor. The numbers below are published national estimates from other sites, shown so you can tell whether a written estimate looks far out of line. Most local companies offer free estimates, so get more than one.

Why a Savannah job can differ from the national numbers

How to compare two written estimates

Line them up on the same questions: the method, the count and location of piers, who designs it, who pulls the permit, what the warranty covers and whether it transfers to a buyer, and what happens to the drainage. A lower price that leaves out the water work is not the same job. If numbers differ by a lot, ask each company why.
